Steph Phillips Estate Agency Named a New Business of the Year Finalist

I’m delighted to share that Steph Phillips Estate Agency has been named a finalist for New Business of the Year at the Doncaster Business Awards 2026. Doncaster Chamber.

I’ve just finished my interview with the judging panel, and it was a chance to talk about the people and ideas behind the business: my clients, my team, our local community and why I believe estate agency can be done differently.

When I started this journey, I wanted to build a business that puts relationships first. Helping people move home is a big part of what I do, but so is supporting other local businesses, creating opportunities and championing Doncaster.

Sitting in front of the judges and reflecting on how far we’ve come felt special. Whatever the result, I’m proud of what we’re building.

To every client who has trusted me with their home, everyone who has recommended me, and my family, friends, team, Keller Williams colleagues and fellow Doncaster businesses: thank you. You’ve all played a part in getting us here.

Now we wait for the awards in December. Whatever happens next, I’m excited about where we’re going.

Relationships first. Business second. ❤️
